Our products are handmade in limited quantities. We reserve the right to modify the catalog at any time. Product photos are as accurate as possible but slight color differences may occur due to screen calibration.
All prices are shown in euros (€) inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
An order is only confirmed after payment has been validated by our payment provider (Stripe). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit cards. Club Bisous never stores your payment details.
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours (business days). Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days within France. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Contact us at contact@clubbisous.fr to initiate a return.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
